All
SX-2, SX-4, and SX-6 cameras are guaranteed to be free
from defects in workmanship and material under normal use
for a period of TWO YEARS after the date of
purchase. All DX-2, DX-4, and DX-6 cameras are
guaranteed to
be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal
use for a period of THREE YEARS after
the date of purchase. Any product that fails to meet this
express warranty during the relevant warranty period will,
at manufacturer option, be repaired or replaced at no additional
charge, except as set forth below. Manufacturer may elect
to replace defective products with new or factory reconditioned
products. Manufacturer will utilize only new or factory reconditioned
components in the performance of warranty repairs.
You
are responsible for shipping costs. A receipt of purchase
or other proof of the date of purchase may be required before
any warranty service can be performed. Manufacturer
will repair or replace any defective product within seven
business days after receipt of such product, except under
conditions not within manufacturer's control.
This
warranty is contingent upon normal and proper use of the product
and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment, or damage
or failure resulting in whole or in part from alteration,
unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, attachment
or installation of or use of the equipment with any part,
device, or product not approved by manufacturer, failure to
follow the most current instructions published by manufacturer
and shipped with the camera, with respect to proper use of
the product, abuse, neglect, fire, accident, flood, act of
God, improper installation, or improper maintenance, or any
defect or error in any hardware, peripheral device or software
other than the product covered by this warranty. This warranty
does not cover a product on which the original identification
marks or serial numbers have been removed or altered. Cosmetic
damage is not covered under this warranty.
Manufacturer
obligation to repair or replace any product which fails to
meet the express warranty set forth above shall be the sole
and exclusive remedy for a breach of such warranty.
THE ABOVE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY MADE
WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION
THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE NOVAGRAPHICS, CORP.
/ IDEQUIPMENT.COM OR THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SALE, DELIVERY, USE OR
PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF NOVAGRAPHICS, CORP.
/ IDEQUIPMENT.COM OR THE MANUFACTURER IS APPRISED OF THE LIKELIHOOD
OF SUCH DAMAGES OCCURRING. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY
EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
NovaGraphics, Corp. / idequipment.com or the product manufacturer
is under no circumstances liable for the cost of any wasted
film due to a malfunctioning camera.
Some states or countries do not allow
for the exclusion of consequential damages or the limitation
of the implied warranties so the above exclusion may not be
applicable to you.
This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state or country
to country.

and distributor. If a problem with this product develops during
the warranty period, contact us to get instructions on returning
the product for repair. Many problems are due to poor user
maintenance and can be quickly resolved by the dealer or distributor.
